To coincide with the Latrobe Valley U3A’s move to their new home and to generally promote LVU3A, it was decided to resume their radio program on Thursday mornings for one hour from 11 until 12 noon.
Commencing back in 1999, the program was the brainchild of our Immediate Past President , Ed Vermeulen and has been continued and presented by Richard Werner since 2000 with the help of many members of Latrobe Valley U3A.
The program features;
(a) News of Adult Education in the Latrobe Valley;
(b) Music from the 60s, 70s and 80’s;
(c) Class and general information about LVU3A;
(d) Interviews either by phone or in person with mainly LVU3A members although occasionally we hope to have members of the public who are associated with local volunteer organisations.
